blower and mirrors not working

hey guys just put a 325i engine into my 316 the engine is turning over and i am getting spark at plugs but plugs are dry there no fuel getting to them and the fuel is not returning to the thank either...
any one know what the prob could be my fuel pump is working the fuel not seem to be injecting can any one help me

thanks m8 ill check the injectors tomorrow the fuel lines are the right way round then cuz that the way i have them

got car started all running great but the blower and mirrors not working the fuse and relay seem ok but no power going to the switch's can any one help

Check your fuses.

pull out relay k7 and link across pins 30 and 87 of its base with piece of wire . if this makes heater fan work then investigate wire to starter motor .black/green wire with 8mm electrical connecter
