I have a 1990 325 Touring that I want to fit lowered springs and sports shocks to, what do people think I should fit? I dont carry heavy loads, normally just two of us in the car.

The H&R cup kits are excellent.
There are two versions - 35mm all round lowering with matched shocks or the 60/40 lowering with matched shocks.
Prices are around Ԛ£325 - Ԛ£350 for both kits but I have to go back and confirm this.
It realy is the best value stuff out there.
The other alternative is H&R lowreing springs with Bilstiein shocks
Springs = Ԛ£100
Front Bilstinins = Ԛ£200 a set
Rear Bilsteins = Ԛ£160 approx (wil have to check) for a set.
Total = Ԛ£460+

look at my sig pic below matey, thats a spax spring and shock matched kit 60mm drop all around, in my opinion this setup is sweeeet and dont cost as much as the h&r cup kit or bilstein setup, even still if you are prepared to go all out and pay good money i would go for the cupkit if i was you, however im having no problems with my spax kit what so ever, there is plenty of choices out there but what ever you do, donnot buy shit stuff because you really can tell the difference dude,

Your car looks like it sits sweet TW166Y, how much did the Spax kit cost you? Do you have any problems with scrubbing?

H&R cup kit, Ԛ£500+ i got quoted, when someone offers you a full spax setup with springs included for Ԛ£230 BRAND NEW, do you turn it down??? i dont think so mate, that kit retails for Ԛ£400 so i bit his fooking hand off, mate dont know whos being telling you porkies about spax, a lot of people on the zone have spax and they are happy just as i am, trust me dude its a good kit, i tell you who are wank though mate APEX, i installed that setup before the spax every bump i hit the car was bottoming out, and that kit was matched too, i dont rally think ive made a bad choice at Ԛ£230 thow geez
