e30 power steering

i have to replace the power steering rack on my 88 325i
can anyone tell will the e46 one fit with the mods done like the e36 one

hi guys just out of intrest because mine needs chaning how much would it cost for the e46 rack and e36 rack.
how much dos each improve the handling by ?
or is it just best to stick with the standard e30 steering rack?

The E46 330i sport rack has 3 turns lock to lock and is the quickest of the bunch.

I think any E46 rack will do, mines off a 318i tourer with 3 turns (£20)
