hi has anyone got any idea on what the fault could be with my 325.
it has 4 lecky windows but they only work when its in park and the drivers door is open????.
ive tried a new controll switch but with no luck, a pal said it could be something to do with the ignition, would appreciate any info on this.
cheers steve.

hi i had exactly this on an old 325 2 door it turned out to be broken wire behind glove box the reason they work like this because they have a separate feed to the relay from the interior light circuit so you can close the windows when you have gotten out and switched off ignition. If you can find the problem you need to run an ignition fed live to the correct pin on relay under the bonnet

They work from fuse 28 when the doors are open, but fuse 17 at other times (when the ignition is on).
So first thing is to check fuse 17, 30A.
