I knew it was too good to be true (rust) now with pics

well I whipped the Interior out today to asses the floor pan and see how well preserved it may be but I was confronted with this.
2 new front arches are going to be needed floor pans OK just rust holed in the two front corners where the mudflaps are the passenger side is worse the rust extends up the bulkhead to the point where the wire large holding grommet is found some rust in the boot in the battery well and the other side well, but not all the way through the metal work,spare wheel pan is OK.
the passenger side inner wheel arch has corrosion holes along the wheel arch seam
the rear arches are both corroded at the front bottom and bottom rear.
looks like Im going to be doing a lot of welding
the cars still worth 400 in spares alone so I'm not upset so i'll get my money back if I find things that are critically wrong as I strip down to the bare chassis.
at this point I wont let it beat me she will be back on the road in a couple of years pristine
