I got some Headrests, need to get em trimmed up then i can get on to fitting em..
How are they fitted?...i had my Rear seats when i recond my Seats and saw nothing on the rear-back seat to take the rests...
Also i think im right in saying that the whole section was just Foam with leather trim?
Anyone done this MOD who can shed some light
Cheers

You'll need the mounting brackets and make holes on the seat top:

the cut out is already in the foam on the back of the seat all you need is the fitting kit which cost about Ԛ£18.50

Yep as above, but i got mine from a scrap yard, just remove rear seat back and they just unbolt with four 8mm bolts then dont forget to take the plastic washer thingie that finishes off the hole you have to make in your seat fabric. i believe the front seat mechanisms are also the same, so again scrap yard, remove front seat rear panel and unbolt the frame.

Are the rear headrests on a saloon/coupe the same as the convertible?

to my knowledge all headrests are the same with the obvious exception of what colour they are and what material they are covered with. The rear head rests on my cab you can see above are from a four door, and i changed the fronts too as the colours didn't match!!
when i did mine i put the bracket into the seat back, then got a sharp spike (swiss army knife) and poked it through from the underneath carefully, then opened the hole with a sharp knife from the top. the rear head rests will mainly be in the bottom position anyway so the hole will be hidden by the head rest.
