Loss of power

Hi

I have had my e30 325 for about a year now and when I first had it, it felt pritty quick. I remember that when I got to about 4000rpm, it got another burst of power and this happened in all the gears. Now this has stopped and the car feels really slow expecially acceleration.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Cheers

Either a good service or you have got so used to it that you need more

LOL

Maybe that. I have given it a full service about a month ago, spark plugs, oil, fuel filter, oil filter, adjusted valves. Still no better. Maybe I have got used to it! Could the rotor arm and dizzy cap have anything to do with this or even HT leads?

Cheers

You may have got used to it - get a chip?

Would do you no harm changing these (quote - rotor arm and dizzy cap have anything to do with this or even HT leads?)

I'm used to mine, fitted a mild chip last week (definetely smoother and noisier!) and now want the wild one
