E30 Zone

When i indicate all my indicators come on, on the dash the direction i've indicated flashs normal bright green and the other is dim green. Started off happening now and again but now it's nearly every time. The fuses have been checked and the indicator flasher relay and the hazard light switch have been replaced, anymore ideas , cheers on a 325 tourer if it makes a difference

Might be the stalk it self. Try replacing with a know working one.
If that does not work.
Check each earth point starting at the at the stalk and work round each light.
