quick question about heater

hi guys my bmw 325i the heater motor is messed up i belive its gone because it makes a grinding noise every time i turn it on and also i hear alot of sccreecing noise from under the bonnet i dont know what that is it also happens when i start the car and when i turn the heater on, does any one have any idea what that can be

Mike please dont spam threads with parts for sale. Use a little discretion and PM the fella, much more subtle. This will allow the thread to stay on track and subjective, otherwise peeps will be replying to your post and off we go on a tangent !
