Drill through the middle of the bolt, shove in a bar, weld the bar to the bolt, then turn the bar.
Might work, no experience of it though.

happened to me not so long ago, luckily i had like 2 little threads left hanging out and managed to put some grips on it and hit it with a hammer,

Is it just the threaded section that's left?

what cant you get off the wheel? the bolt will be made of steel so you can weld to that take the disc of if its the front you may be lucky and have some thred showing. also if the bolt is stuck it may be cross threded

to be honest a garage wont drill the bolt they are far to hard and take alot of time. they shud have a socket that you clang over the top of it and it cuts into edge of bolt and winds off that way.
if your with aa or rac ring them and tell them trying to change spare and key broke that works occasionally
