E30 Zone

Hi guys, im hoping someone has experienced my problem. My central locking seems to have packed up. I can undo the drivers door by key but the pass. side wont open. It is dead locked and cant pull the button up?

When i lift the drivers door pin the locking petrol cap works still. The boot and pass door locks have been changed to 'security' locks (use u crook-lock style key) and the pass. lock has never opened with this key so cant open the door!!!

The drivers door uses the standard BMW key and has been stiff/dodgy for a while, i dont know if this is related?

Any help and advice would be great before i go out in the rain and cold to start fiddling!

I have this problem to - can I have help? I have done the red/black wire mod, this hasn't helped. Wondering if its an ECU fault or mechanical i.e lock fault? Thanks in advance
