heater blower

mine has just packed up today, the blowers have only been working on number 4 recently but today i started getting a grinding noise and the blowers started working intermitantly and have now completely stopped. still gettin heat through when on motorway etc but no blowers. :(

The problem isn't difficult to guess! The motor has finaly seized up, after twenty years with no lubrication.
Very common problem, and there's at least one current thread about what to do about it.

i had the same problem it just stopped but i got to the motor and greased up the shaft to the bearing and it worked again its about 20min job if you need loction of the motor let me know and ill help regard scott
