E30 Zone

Serious help needed guys. Down in Essex this evening, it's very cold and I can't unlock the car. I turn the key and it gets about 60 degrees through the turn then sticks. If I apply some more pressure it clicks the last 30 degrees and nothing happens. Any advice would be much appreciated. Will the RAC cover getting into my car or will I have to call a specialist?

get your lighter on the key to warm it and try again
