E30 Zone

Just went to open the boot and the latch dos'nt release !! I can turn the key etc and all the locking works, just won't release and let me open it !

Any ideas how to get in ?

Guess where most of my tools are

Break a rear light?
Or loosen the hinge bolts if you can get to them through the ski hatch- This worked for me once.

had this on some other cars, try pushing button as you turn the key it may just catch the mekanism. what you need is to look at somebody elses lock to see if you can see what could have come off inside it may be a common prob with an easy fix, sorry cant be of more help
