E30 Zone

Is there anyone who is not a million miles from Fleet Hants who can assist me with adjusting the door and window position on my 325 Cab. I have had some very good advice off the forum, but having now tried three times with the door adjustment, I still have to open and close the windows every time I get in to get them to seat right and avoid the glass sounding as though it is about to break while I'm diriving. I'm sure there is a more exacting way than trial and error but I'm bu**ered if I can work out how. Also the car is still leaking between the roof and window seals when it rains so it can't be right.


Any help or steer towards a reasonably priced workshop/expert/driveway tinkerer appreciated.
