rear bumper help please :)

the rubber strip that goes across a tech 1 bumper has come away from the bumper. was wondering if anyone knew how to get it back on the bumper properly? cheers

should just be some clips holding it into place not sure if they can be replaced or not

do you think the rubber has just unclipped then?
