viscous coupling?

well my viscous coupling on the 320 seems to have had it so how do i get it off, i have tried pinching the belts together to stop the pulley rotating but it is still slipping
. are there other ways of removing it??

The idea is to smack the spanner HARD with a hammer.
If that still fails (e.g. some muppet has loctited it on), take a length of 20 - 25mm flat bar, drill a 6mm hole in one corner, remove one of the pulley bolts, and bolt the bar in place, using a slightly longer bolt, then turn the pulley until the bar locks against the centre hub.
