Have you checked the throttle stop screw has not wound it's self in slightly with the engine vibration, and the accelerator cable has some play when the throttle is closed.
As for the PAS You will have to check the crank case has the bolt holes for the pump bracket and the suspension turret has the fixing hole for the reservoir. (if not thats not much of a problem).
You will also need the crank pulley if it doesn't have one.
