I put the hood up with my drivers door open and when I try and shut the door with the window fully up it doesn't shut properly, the glass hits against the hood!!! Pain on the a@rse. I either have to drop the window by a couple of mm or hold the hood out while shutting the door........any ideas???

If it really is only a small gap then the best method is to close the door using your fingertips on the top of the window. You just have to remember when getting in to drop the window slightly.
Or you can adjust the window .. I always find taking the door panel off to be a pain.

You can adjust the hood, which will make the edges rise a bit, If you look on the framework in the back corners half way up you should see a rubber cap,if you take this off there is an allen key socket(the female bit) inside if you screw this in it tautens the roof..you probably will need to adjust your windows as well
