OBC dont understand it.

the consumption mode. . .reads 13.5, whats this, i take it its not MPG? can i change the settings of it and how?
sorry if it has been coverd before but i cant find it

I'd guess (hope) that you are seeing litres per 100km.
Try pressing the little round button at the bottom to cycle through measurement units.

tiny round button bottom right,poke in a biro to switch modes.
For consumption:
km/l is euro metric
mpg is US mpg
m/g is UK mpg

The bad news is I think that only equates to around 17mpg
