Got a slight oil leak on my 325i cabby....puddles in garage are getting substantial....not had it up on ramp or axle stands but been unable to see where it is coming from...any suggestions of prime suspects and how to fix?

Sadly it could be coming from all sorts of places on an m20.

Best to get it steam cleaned then you'll be able to see where it is coming from a lot easier. I would have thought sump gasket or a hairline crack in the sump to get the puddles you are describing.

Could well be the oil control valve gasket.
Repair kit is cheap and available through zimmerbimmer.

Here's a link with all you need.

Easy enough to check if this is where your leak originates.
