Does AMF for M30 work on the S14

As above? Just wonderd as i need a new one and someone has got one
for me if it will work?
Also will a bored out one work its aparently a hybrid one bored out to
2.5inches i think??
Th e last 3 didgits are 027??? thats all the info i got at the mo may have
pics tomorrow!
Is the M30 the 3'5 big six? if so i think i heard some one mention that it
was the same part as the M3 sport evo's! If this could be veryified it
will probaly help!

027 AFM is on all late e34 M30 powered cars with Motronic 1.3 onwards dude
the units are identical to those on the S14.

So it should work as long as it ends in 027!!!

Yes mate thanks! I havnt had a chance to fit them yet! been silly busy!
Which one is which? someone has had a go at polishing both! And the
black cap was seperate in the box????

Look at the boards in the AFM's, the one that is missing the two screws holding the board in is the hybrid one......
The other should be a bit dirtier also.....
I should have marked them up, sorry dude.

well we all like a good polish!!!
Hopefully might get to have a look tomorrow if not its gonna be next week
as i have a poxy wedding to attened this weekend!
But will let ya no as soon as!
What do ya want me to do if there both no good to me?????????

UT OH mine ends in 028 and the standard one you gave me makes it run
a little funny???? i think it might be leaning it out? i dont think its over
fueling cause its not chucking no black smoke out the back and it dont
smell to rich? bit worried what do ya reckon i should do?
The part numbers are the same except the last 3 digits which on yours
are 027 and on mine are 028????
HELP

Best bet is to ask someone that knows about these things

, I know there is a mixture screw, but you'd need to be able to monitor the A/F ratio while you're tuning it ot get best results, when is the remap planned?
