I replaced two racks so far because of leaks, and now my pump started to leak a little, about 2dcl of oil a month, since this started to show I noticed something strange in my steering, when cornering from steering wheel area I can hear some ''tk'' ''tk'' noise, and my power steering feels stronger than before. Is this in any connection with PAS pump?

Yeah...check the wheel studs first for sure....

if you turn the steering lock to lock , at the extreme edge of the lock do you hear the ticking? This ticking may be the relief valve in the pump, but not to worry, they usually go very slowly and if you don't feel a strong pulse at full lock through the wheel then should be ok for now

no, I hear ticking when turning wheel in normal drive, not full lock.
And not constant, from lock to lock it shows two-three times
