Headlight adjustment?

I noticed today that my hella euro ellipsoid headlights are aimed differently. The passenger side is up a tad, while the driver's side is down..touching the lower socket of the grilles.

Here's a photo:

*Keep in mind the driver's side is the Left hand side (I'm from the US)
The Left side is down a slight tad..touching the socket/plastic of the grille...while the Right hand side it's positioned "centered" in the middle of the socket..correct looking.

How do I adjust the right hand side? Re-aiming or re-positioning..is this just done be forcefully puching the headlight beams upward after taking off the grilles?

Insight is greatly appreciated.

Here in south africa we drive on the left which means the steering is on the right. If im not mistaken its so that the light that faces on coming traffic doesnt affect the driver and the one on the curb side is angled so you can see further over the curb

Assuming the headlamps are aiming where they should be, you need to take off the grill sections around the headlamps, and loosen the three large crosshead screws that hold the headlamp assemblies to the car.
These screws are fitted with large washers that cover large square mounting holes on the headlamps. Slide the headlamps to where you think they should be, tighten the screws and try the grills. Trial and error to get them perfect.
