heya
i am just fitting polybushes to my tourer,
first prob is the ecentric bushes
dam there hard to get into the lollipop and has anyone had problems with the whole bushes and lollipop not fitting to the wishbone. as mine is pretty stubborn and tight?
the diff bush puts the hole into the centre of the hole for the bush and not off centre like standard ones
plus there is 3 small holes in each side of the bushes for the diff bush , are these ment to line up in any way?
any advice much appreciated

I used a jack and the bottom of the car to put my bushes in the lollypop (obviously with a block of wood between)

TCA polybushes just popped in for me using the vice, just check and check again that they are the right way round

the part that slides onto the TCA did just that,no problems.I fitted Z3M diff bushes, needed to have them pressed in for me. The wife took them to work for me,she works for the local bus company...did not ask how she paid...

i havent done a poly diff bush yet but the lolly pop bush, i hacked the standard rubber out of the center first then cut some slices into tthe metal outer part of the standard bush with a hack saw then just banged the rest of the bush out with a hammer and screwdriver, and to get back in i used a hammer and a block of wood with the grease supplied around the outside of the poly

thinking about it
how well are these polly bushes made? . i mean it is moulded to fit the wishbone , but just does not go on far enough.for me then to bolt the lollipop bush back in place
is it adviseable to rework it ?
or do i just take the wishbone off and press it on .
i just think it looks like it will split if i push it on to much further
