e28 m5 seats in an e30

anybody done it / know if it's possible?

Guess by building some sort of mounting plate... that's if they will physically fit

any thoughts much appreciated

ive seen e36 seats in e30 but looked cak tbh
cnt picture your seats so not sure but lets face it nothings impossible well i hope not as i really want the 6series seats in mine oneday Daz

agree with the e36 seat in a e30, sure i'm offending someone but like the rest of the car :(

as for the m5 seats, different story - really want them in my car.

may i ask where ure getting these bits from as i require engine bits from an e28 m5 for my project car

decided to do just that, phoned the breakers told them I was coming to collect. Sold them 5 mins before i got there.

feckers.

Oh well, maybe god intervened - I'd have only cocked up the installation and had some sort of failure during head on collision.

All I need now is someone to tell me they'd have never fitted and I'll feel better. :wink:

just called.... they have nothing

there were only 180 officially of these ever in the country so they are kinda rare

probably good thing you didn't see the end it came to - depressing. When I first went they were hacking the engine out (true breakers style), I stopped watching when they took a blunt knife to the hoses -
couldn't face watching it bleed...

sad.

OMG!!!! its the rad/thermosytat housing/ and the hoses that i needed!!!!!
