E30 Zone

hey everyone, im struggling with my gearbox a bit and the guy at the gearbox shop recons that you get three dirrerent type's of gearboxes for an E30 how true is this? and is it difficult to find a gearbox for a 323i

6 or 7 basic types of box were fitted. No reason you need to fit the exact OE spec box to your 323i though. A 260 from a pre-facelift 325i would suit.
