STRANGE VIBES

i have a 318is,15"bbs,goodyear f1s.right here goes. i only get 2 drive my car once a week and ten minutes into the first drive i get a strange shudder through the steering. its as if the wheels r off balance.but then everthing comes good again.i have got them checked for balance three times and stood over the guy as he balanced them so he couldn't fob me off.i have also checked all bushes etc.the only explanation i can muster is that the tyres need time 2 settle in.any other ideas anyone?

cant be brake judder can it ! ive done this to a few of my cars . ive warped the disks but on my mums car you dont feel it all the time !
is it just when cruiseing and do you have standard bmw wheels
ive got vw(not golf) wheels on my golf and the center plastic bit on the wheel is missing meaning that the wheel doesnt always sit on the hub 100% in the middle and this causes judder
if you get to say 70 it carrys on to about 90 and then dissapers etc.
