wheel wobble problem

First off hello all Im stu and new to the site (which looks great!)
Got a '90 325 touring with bit of a problem :-(

Ive got a wheel wobble above about 30 mph

Ive got 17" alpina reps that I know are not buckled and have not long ago
been balanced

Im told I need 'spigot rings' ??
How much are they? what size will I need? and where can I get some??

Please help!

look at some places that sell wheels and tyres, they should be able to provide the correct ones..
