Rear suspension mounts

I'm looking at investing in a set of Rogue Engineeirng mounts, anyone got any good/bad things to say about these?

Is the E46 cab as good an upgrade as needed?
I am running mtec rear dampers, KW springs and an HnR ARB?
Well, I say running, those are the parts I have accumulated ready to be installed!
