a haridrier will warm the bond to allow you to lift a corner, then some more heat and some tugging should get it off in relativly one piece depending on quality.

clean up the glue let behind with solvent or thinner, makng sure none drips onto paint work and then rinse thoroughly afterwards.

When we had the race car we used to just use a stanley blade on the corner, used to peel off reasonably easy
