My wishbone bushes need doing, so while im under there i thought about powerflex bushes, should last way longer, but do they make a huge difference to handling?? and do they make the ride harsher as I dont want to...may do front shocks changing them to gas if they arent already, its getting new rears, its just gone super saggy....

They do handle better but there's also more road noise and you get a bit of a harsher ride.

I have the eccentric versions but would change them to genuine M3 eccentrics if they ever need doing again.

You can fit poly bushes in the trailing arms without any real difference in noise or vibration. It's the big ones on either end of the rear subframe that cause all the noise problems.
