anyone ever retro fitted these?
What's involved and what would I need aside from mirror units?

It's very easy. You don't even need to replace the mirror units. All you need is the heated mirror glass itself.tourer-dan wrote:anyone ever retro fitted these?

All that's required as far as wiring is concerned, is to run a pair of wires from the existing electric mirror motor wires to the back of the mirror. There's no control unit or external sensors. Unfortunately, I don't recall which of the motor wires you need to tap into for power.
Ian.
