I think the bolts are mounted in a different place, but I'm not sure. You would also redrill the M3 disks to 4x100.

as i understand you need spacers to mount the calipers as they sit further out because of the larger disc. u can re-drill the discs to 4x100 i think not weakening them too much. or put m3 hubs in and e36 compact rear suspension set up. then you also have 5 stud pattern aswell as m3 brakes.

if u know anyone who knows german or speak it yourself then www.e30.de should be of great help.
