Using the wiki troubleshoot I have got lost/puzzled.

So I have fuel at the rail, spark at the plugs but it think it’s weak.

I have tested continuity in the injector loom and is fine. Injectors tick when 12v applied and read 17ohms.

Icv buzzes

Cps reads 540ohms.

Blue temp sensor 4100k ohms cold and when held in my hand to warm ohms drop so think that’s working.

Should I see fuel in the chamber if I remove a spark plug and crank the engine?

My issue I have determined is when I tested continuity from pins 13/14/15 on the ecu plug to injector rail and relays I have nothing so is there’s another connector somewhere or do I have breaks in the wires.

Any ideas?

Have you checked the plug and socket under the throttle body...it connects the ecu to the injector loom and gets full of oil and corrodes as well... stick you hand under the TB and turn the bottom knurled plastic connector to unscrew the two halves and investigate.

I’ve had this out and cleaned but was in good condition as I know it’s a weak spot.

Only E30 to have the plug and socket to the injectors is one with a post facelift M20 engine, and the injector pins on the ECU are 16 nd 17.

Haynes manual didn’t help me with correct PIN numbers it seams.

So I have continuity from 16 and 17 to injectors. Also have 3610 ohms reading from blue sensor.

If you crank the engine and then remove a spark plug, the tip of the plug should be wet with fuel.
It would be useful to get a cheap ebay fuel pressure gauge hooked up. Can test several items with the addition of a couple of hose clamps.

Not really - the resolution would be poor at the relatively low fuel pressure, and you'd me missing the tee piece, etc. Suitable ones, with a tee piece and short extra hose can be had for around £20 on ebay.

P.S. Just noticed you're in Scotland; not that I'm implying anything......
