Hi All,

Been a while.Hope all you Zoners are good and keeping virus free.

I had a chance to have a tinker about today trying to sort out the persistent creakin’ and squeakin’ going on in the cabin, which was quite frankly driving me a bit bananas!

The source of the somewhat grating sonics was down to the lower dash/ashtray area rubbing against the handbrake/rear ashtray cover unit.I decided to cover the points where they meet with some silicone lubricant and this sorted it out a treat, leaving me to enjoy a much more relaxing and squeak free ambience!

Thought this might be helpful for anyone experiencing this kind of thing on somewhat aged interior.

That's good---I find that sponge foam where it can be used is great for cushioning squeaking surfaces.
