Hi, I'm considering GAZ coilovers and looking for anyone with experience of either the GHA or Gold kits on an E30. If you are using, or have used them, what did you think?

I'm also considering the option of coilovers or separate springs on the rear. Has anyone installed rear coilovers and how much did it impact rear tyre clearance?

Thanks!

I run Golds on my track car, I've had them rebuilt at a reasonable rate and they're fine to me.

Some people slate them, not entirely sure why though.

I have the Gaz GHA coilovers on my 325 and mine fitted fine i have the front adjustable top mounts and the upgraded rear top mounts from GAZ, i did have to put 10mm spacers on the front to bring the wheel away from the coilover though but then it all depends on the offset of your wheels i suppose. The rear coilovers fit perfect and feel much better than the old springs. all in all they are really good coilovers and they weld them to your hubs for free.
