Hi guys/girls

I've just finished fitting new brakes on my car aswell as braided hoses etc..
The brake hydraulic system is pretty much empty and as such I need to top up and bleed the system.
I need to know the sequence and any other advice/ information regarding this.

Thanks in advance!!

Lose the vacuum in the servo by pressing the pedal a few times, and start bleeding as far away from the master cylinder as possible, and work back.
On an E30, that means right rear, left rear, front right, then front left.
Pressure bleeder is preferable to risking relationship/marriage by asking the partner/wife/boyfriend to pump and hold the brake pedal.

Or gravity bleeding. Fill the master cylinder and let gravity push it through. Can take a while but the only option when you're on your own with limited tools. Gives you time to stick the kettle on.

a jar with a piece of rubber hose to suit the bleed nipple...
Then part fill the jar so the hose is in the fluid.. easy as can be as when you release the peddle it just sucks up fluid instead of air
