I started today to take the driveshaft off the diff so i can remove the whole diff for a new one. Taken every allen bolt out of the drive shaft then gets to the last one. Its that corroded that its stripped as soon as i tried to turn it. What other way can i go about removing it??? I was close to just cutting the head of with a grinder. Any advise will help cheers
Also take 4 17mm bolts off the propshaft but thread sticking through, can you just pry it so it moves back?? or can i wiggle the diff out when everything is undone?? Thanks

Weld a nut onto it. Next time try this....
give the head of the bolt a few whacks with a hammer with a socket over it, turn it to tighten a little, then reverse and try to remove. Worked for me on an abs sensor Allen bolt, and it was smaller.
Use lots of wd40 or equivalent also.
