90' touring steering problems

Bought a touring about a month ago, and last night I notched that when I turn right it makes a noise and drags a bit when comming back, also when braking makes a grumbly noise. This is only happening on the right side. On the mot the guy who owned it had a advisory on a tie rod end, but that's on the near side. I have jacked car up but nothing seems lose. Any ideas. Thanks.
