I really need to sort out the water getting into the bit behind the speaker in the drivers footwell as it's stopping me sorting out my central locking once and for all.
The sunroof drain tude has come detached from wherever it mounts at the top of the A-pillar. I took off the interior A-pillar trim but couldn't for the life of me see how to reattatch the tube. I can feel it wiggling around but there just isn't enough space to get a grip on it.
Can anyone give me a clue as to how to do this the 'easy' way?? Is it any easier trying to get to it from the sunroof? Does anyone have an exploded diagram so that I can at least see where the tude attaches?
Thanks in advance.
Dan

hey dan
sorry ive not been in touch to give you a hand with things, got a never ending stream of jobs on at the mo! cant even get on with a car i bought myself!!
i think its going to be a headlining out job on your car cause its a tourer with the full stiff lining, shouldnt be too hard to get out just a little time consuming.the saloons have a short black panel you can unscrew to see the front of the sunroof

No longer self employed but still available for welding duties.
No worries Matt.
If it's any help to you then I can help you out for a couple of days next week if you like? Not sure exactly how much help I'd be but I'd be happy to be there!
If I've got to take the headlining out then I can take that opportunity to replace the split pipe that runs to the rear wash wipe as well.
Let me know if you can spare any time this weekend or indeed during the week.
Cheers.

Rear wash pipe can be changed just by taking off the rear left pillar trim, the inside cover of the hatch and the plastic cover on the hinge.
