Which E36 m3 Lollipop bush ?

Hi All,

I want to fit the solid E36 M3 Central Mount Control arm bushes to my E30 but as i understand it there are 2 types, one is central mount and the other is offset mount. I have read that post 1996 are central and pre are offset is this correct ? as BMW cannot help me. I also read that the solid type is not totally solid as it has 2 cutouts, do these cutouts go at 12 & 6 o clock or 3 & 9 - when fitted
