325i cabriolet front wipers not working any ideas?

Alright guys,

my 1989 325i cab has got no front windscreen wipers at all? if i mess about with the right hand side stalk of the steering wheel, it doesn't work on any speed wipers or anything?

Also my indicators work when turning right but when i turn left it just buzz's and no lights come on. Hazards don't work either. Also i have noticed that when i alarm the car or disarm it, no indicators flash either.

any ideas, i'm stuck wuld appreciate all help folks.

sorry folks you'll have to excuse me, i'm new to this cabriolet game, lol.

When u say water on my electrics an fuse box, do u mean the fuse box under the bonnet? Or is there another in car?

The only place i know where there are fuses etc is in engine bay, haven't checked all of them yet, but will do in the morning.

When i pressed the hazard lights button, it sounded as if there was a click coming from under the drivers side dash board, does this point to anything at all?
