How do I clean the AFM?

As title says. What is the procedure of cleaning out the AFM? I can't figure out how to get inside it. Do I go through the filter box?

I've just cleaned the TB and ICV ultrasonically in diesel

. I drilled a hole in the TPS and nothing came out. I screwed it off and there was no oil in the centre. Now I want to do the AFM before I put it all back together.
