Hi Guys,

after a bit of help, my brake lights have stopped working, I've changed the bulbs and nothing, the warning light is on near the rear view mirror, I've been told the brake light switch will do the trick but i've got no idea where it is or how to change it, any chance I could get some advice on how to do it yourself

thanks in advance

Switch is attached to the pedal assembly. Get under there with a flashlight and press the brake in. You'll see where it contacts the switch. To test, just use a jumper wire and see if the brakes work.

The brake light switches are often damaged by the brake pull rod (across the car behind the heater box ) being out of adjustment.
How much can you lift the brake pedal from its rest position?
