Cheap enough to replace every 4-5 years as I do mate.

get a decent stock manifold (maybe a used part) then get a custom stainless system, much better flow, improved throttle response and a slightly highter bhp figure and torque.

Longlife worth a look, i have a german LHD 316i M10 (UK 318i) as said above, great improvement,
