M20 Spray Bar

Hi Chaps,

Just a quick one; i'm having some rockers replaced on my 325 and have read a few threads suggesting I replace the 'spray bar'.

..problem is, I'm not sure what a spray bar is.

Please could someone have a look this link and tell me which part it is.
Also, should the head come off when replacing the bar?

Spray bar is Part no 3.

It's a oil spray bar to coat the rocker surfaces and cam to prevent overheating and surface damage to the cam and rocker surfaces.
