Can anyone shed some light on the best way to connect the E36 rack to E30 column? I originally used the E30 column U.J, a D.I.Y spacer and the E36 rack U.J.
I am fitting my M30 and wont have enough clearance.
What im getting at is that im sure ive seen someone do the E36 rack mod, and they used a linkage from another model (possibly?), connected to either the E30 top part, or E36 bottom?
The linkage was a thin bar, hence giving much better down pipe clearance.
Apologies for the vague explaination, but hopefully someone can help!
