Quick simple one i reckon, my interior lights are playing up at the moment.

They turn on fine but when you have them to come on when you open the doors they don't come on, started with just the N/S door and now the O/S is doing it. Anyone got any ideas?

Cheers.

Remove switches from the door pillars by unscrewing the single screws, and pull them out. Don't worry about the sparks or the flashing interior lights.
Scrape the contact surfaces of the switch clean, and trim off any little bits of worn plastic which gets between the contacts. If you pull off the wires to do this, don't let them spring back through the hole into the pillar.
If you have electric windows / electric roof each switch should have two wires and two sets of contacts. The ones you want is the brown/yellow or brown/blue wires.
Fit switches back into door pillars and repeat inj about three years.

Relay above glovebox is for the windows and roof. Nothing to do with the interior lights.
