Hi chaps

I will be purchasing a hardtop for my motorsport on the next couple of days, one thing worries me..theft.

Apart from the e30 way of securing the hardtop on using the original pins, is there any other way of securing the hardtop onto the car? anything aftermarket or even any other ideas?

Reason I ask is that i know e30 hardtops are hot property and are quite easily stolen.

Let me know your thoughts, thanks.

A good Alarm , that's it.
I've got one, and have looked into securing it, but not thought of anything as yet..

You can get a strong thick metal chain run it through the handles on the front then under the car seats and solid padlock, cant think of anything else mines garaged most the time

already have a clifford concept G5..

Still a bit security conscious though!!

Not sure if an alarm will stop a thief ripping it off with a crowbar or causing damage to the car trying to rip it off..

That'll be one stupid fooking thief using a crowbar.
Depends where you live, if it's on a drive or street(Don't answer that question)
I'm lucky, I have plenty of neighbours who sit by the windows, any noise are looking out the windows.
Used to be annoying when you come back on a sunday morning at 4am and Monday you get funny looks
